Therapy on The Main Line
Making the decision to start therapy is not simple, and I understand that. There is no "magic cure" in therapy. It takes time and work. It's more than a financial investment. Healing is hard, but not healing is even harder.
I won't have all the answers. There will be things I don't know- I'm human after all! What I do know is that by choosing to start therapy, you're making a choice to uncover the true potential you have to live a more fulfilling life. I'm tremendously dedicated to my clients. I want nothing more than to support you in your healing and to see you thrive.
Let's take this journey together.
I believe that everyone deserves the chance to flourish in life. Life throws us curveballs, often causing us to lose sight of who we are and what we need to feel worthy and successful.
I am immensely passionate about mental health for both personal and professional reasons. Growing up as an athlete in Suburban Philadelphia, I experienced firsthand the impact that academic and athletic pressures can have on the body and mind. In my work as a therapist, I use my own experiences to directly connect with my clients, fostering a place of understanding and emotional safety.
